Ubuntu Linux 19.10 - I love it!

Dual Booting Linux with Windows 10

I've been dual booting Linux with Windows since 2007. The distribution back then was Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn). I've upgraded through the years & now I'm at Ubuntu 19.04 (Disco Dingo). I've always dual booted though, so I could keep up with the most current version of Microsoft Windows (I'm at Windows 10 Home now) - that way I could trouble shoot & "fix" client computers/laptops/networks. But personally, I never ever do anything within Windows as far as coding and work - just running Windows update occasionally. You can read up on the history of Ubuntu Linux if you want...

Fedora Linux openSUSE Linux , Ubuntu Linux

I've also run Linux distributions other than Ubuntu - openSUSE & Fedora Linux. Both are amazing distros, but I've stuck with Ubuntu for my daily driver since, like I've said, 2007. I'd never ever switch to anything else...

Speaking of Linux users, I was troubleshooting my sister's laptop, which was running Windows 10, & after many hours of registry hacks (she had a virus - many viruses actually...), I formatted the drive & installed the latest Ubuntu Linux distro on her system. It runs FAST & she's happy... viruses - yuk!
